The Silvery Moon was founded in Bellingham in 2001, but the story goes much farther back than that. In 1930, my grandfather opened his first jewelry store. My father followed in his footsteps and then I entered the business in 1976. With 45 years experience with fine jewelry, we offer something very important in business: knowledge, passion and integrity. These traits can be seen in the quality, selection and pricing of our jewelry. I am committed to offering jewelry that matters, is interesting and not "cookie cutter". The center stones of all jewelry are ethically purchased from independent stone dealers for color, cut and value, allowing our prices on sapphires to be the best. Sapphires are available that are unheated, totally natural, and come in every color of the rainbow. We specialize in sapphire and sell diamonds at very competitive prices. Repairs and custom work are available, as are free cleanings and inspections. This site shows only a small selection of the jewelry available.
